Jared Oliver is a seasoned medical and law enforcement professional with a distinguished career spanning high-acuity clinical care, law enforcement, tactical operations and advanced instruction. As a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, and certified EMS Instructor, his clinical expertise is rooted in past roles such as a Flight Paramedic for AirLife Houston and Clinical Supervisor for Liberty County EMS.

His operational background is equally robust, holding an Advanced Peace Officer certificate, SWAT Officer certification, and direct experience as a Team Leader and as a Tactical Medic for a law enforcement tactical operations team. He has firsthand leadership experience in various disciplines.

Jared leverages this 2-decade long unique synthesis of front-line medical, tactical, and instructional experience to develop and deliver high-quality, realistic training programs through Firestorm Training & Consulting. He is a certified instructor for TCOLE, the American Heart Association (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and the Texas Department of State Health Services, committed to advancing proficiency and safety in both clinical and tactical environments.

Dr. Rahimi was born in Peshawar, Pakistan. Dr. Rahimi came to the USA as a toddler with his younger sister and his mother as refugees. He decided to become a premed with hopes of one-day saving lives and giving back to his community which gave him so much. He eventually transferred to UCLA and graduated Magna Cum Laude and gained admission to UC Davis School of Medicine. In medical school, Dr. Rahimi chose Emergency Medicine as his career path. He has been a practicing ER physician for almost 10 years. Dr. Rahimi lets his work ethic speak for him. He has missed 0 days of work since becoming an emergency room physician.

At the moment, Dr. Rahimi enjoys being a part of the University of Houston, School of Medicine family where he has been core faculty for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program for the past 2 years. He enjoys his time off with his wife, 2 daughters, 2 dogs, and 3 cats! Dr. Rahimi serves as the Medical Director overseeing training and tactical medical operations for Firestorm Training & Consulting, LLC as well as continuing to practice emergency medicine in a high-volume, high-acuity Level II Trauma Center.
